If you contacted us via any online form on our website, subscribed to our newsletter or completed any registration with our Design Tools (BIM Drawings, 3D Kitchen Designer, 3D Product Viewer, 3D Bar Viewer, Simplify Your Design, Simply OEM), we will have your information on file. We may contact you to assist you in completing an order with one of our recognised distributors, answer product or design tool related questions, or send you equipment information relevant to your purchase.
When you provide your email address you will automatically be subscribed to our email marketing. Content emailed to you may include promotional pricing on equipment, industry insight, and business updates as they relate to our customers. If you do not want to receive our emails, the option to ‘unsubscribe’ or opt out of them if you have no interest being contacted by us in that way is always available. This option is found at the footer of any marketing email we send to you.
If you elect to visit our website, we do collect anonymous analytical information. This includes but is not limited to audience reports, site traffic data, and general statistics which are used to improve content we share, the navigation of the website, and enhancing the overall functionality of our online system. This data is collected for internal purposes only.
